Amy Adams was the best dressed as she chose to wear Oscar de la Renta creation. The detailed gown with beaded bodice and embellished skirt took everyone’s breath away. No one could take their eyes off Amy’s toned figure that was so beautifully and gracefully dressed. We could call her this selection was the classic choice by a classic actress who is considered to be fashion wise. Jenifer Lawrence who also won the Best actress award for her movie “Silver Linings Playbook” also won our hearts as she came dressed in a white and pale pink strapless gown. She chose the pulled back hair do and simple jewelry, diamond ball earrings and a delicate neckpiece. She was truly the belle of the ball this Oscar.

Jane Fonda in shinning bright yellow gown made us remember that spring is here. It had an 80s vibe to it and she truly looked beautiful. Jessica Chastain though did not win the best actress award (she lost it to Jennifer Lawrence) but she made sure that she rocked the red carpet with her glistening copper shade strapless gown. Amanda Seyfried looked beautiful in the shimmering gown by Mc Queen with a keyhole opening and bare shoulders. Truly, there was no competition for her that night. Naomi Watts who is known for her great fashion sense set her standards even higher this time. Her glamorous sequined donned gown was there to do all the talking. Regularly spotted on the red carpet this Oscars Naomi Watts made sure that she left her mark and truly the impact has been just awesome. Jennifer Aniston chose a red strapless princess gown for the evening and believe me she looked no less than a princess. The former ‘Friends’ star kept the Hollywood tradition alive by choosing the gown in bright red. Charlize Theron who is famous for pulling off any style and trend with ease was this time seen in an angular strapless sleek gown in white with peplum waist. She chose the buzz-cut hairdo to complement the gown and yes she truly looked great. In particular the evening gown by Alexis Mabille worn by Zoe Saldana was one a combination of sassy and elegance, stiff and flowing, light and dark. Whenever you would look at the dress you would discover something new about it, there is surely some mystery about this gown.
